Choose a type of listing

The Discover France! Study Abroad Directory offers two levels of program listings:

• "Featured Programs"
  Your program is listed prominently in a colored table which appears above "Other Programs". The program's name appears in 13-point bold type, hyperlinked to its web site (if applicable). In addition to the school's address, phone & fax numbers, contact name, hyperlinked e-mail & Internet address, and program location, each listing contains a description of the program (up to 40 words or 250 characters) provided by its administrator. Use of school's logo is optional. Featured programs are ordered by date of receipt of paid listing, but you may also place a (monthly) bid for higher ranking. See sample below:

• "Other Programs"
  Your program appears in 11-point gray type, in alphabetical order underneath the "Featured Programs" table. Listing includes the program's name, mailing address, phone number, e-mail & Internet address, and program location. See sample below:

Fees for listings

• "Featured Programs"
  The fee for listings under "Featured Programs" is $20.00 per month for commercial foreign study programs which are not directly affiliated with a U.S.-based university or secondary school. The fee is $15.00 per month for programs whose primary administration is conducted from the U.S. campus of a university or secondary school (usually with an Internet address ending in ".edu").

• "Other Programs"
  The fee for listings under "Other Programs" is $10.00 per month for commercial foreign study programs which are not directly affiliated with a U.S.-based university or secondary school. The fee is $7.50 per month for programs whose primary administration is conducted from the U.S. campus of a university or secondary school (usually with an Internet address ending in ".edu").

Note: All listings fees shown above are payable annually in advance, and set-up fees are waived. For quarterly billing, please add 25% to applicable fees, plus a $25.00 one-time set-up fee.

Choice of payment methods

Option 1

Please send a cover letter on your school's letterhead, containing your program's listing information and instructions, via postal mail. Include a check in U.S. funds, payable to "Discover France!" in the appropriate amount, as follows:

NOTE: Foreign study programs can also pay listings fees in Euros instead of U.S. Dollars, by using Options 2 or 3 (below).

Option 2

The school administrator may forward all pertinent program information and listing instructions via e-mail to studyabroad@discoverfrance.net. In the same e-mail, please request that a PayPal invoice for the appropriate fee be sent by reply e-mail to the sender, or indicate a different addressee (such as the school's accounting office). Your PayPal invoice will provide a link for paying the fee through the Internet on PayPal's secure server, using either a charge card or check.

Option 3

During the coming weeks, this page will also offer direct links to the PayPal web site — where school administrators will have the flexibility to pay for their listings using a charge card or check, and can submit their program information using the online form at PayPal's site. With this option, no e-mail correspondence is required — though questions can still be addressed to studyabroad@discoverfrance.net.
