Indiana Café Wi-Fi Hotspots in Paris

Restaurant Overview

Indiana Cafe logo.

Originally conceived by Jean-Claude Asse and Richard Alexandre, the first Indiana Café restaurant-bar opened on Rue Quentin Bauchart in the 8th arrondissement of Paris – an innovative concept in the Tex-Mex tradition, with a varied menu featuring cheeseburgers and tacos, frozen drinks, cocktails made with tequila or vodka...

Located in the main areas of Paris, today's 14 Indiana Cafés have emerged as a favorite hangout among young people with a simple recipe for success: a subdued atmosphere, lively without being too noisy, offering fajitas, burgers and salads in copious quantities. The menu offers something for a meal on the run or an impromptu gathering with friends. Add to that an excellent selection of cocktails to be enjoyed indoors or on the terrace (which is enclosed and heated in winter).

The Indiana Café restaurant-bars in Paris offer a young and convivial ambiance, combined with a warm and ethnic décor. Ocher hues, shimmering raw materials, and old photographs on the walls plunge us into the heart of a particularly exotic universe. Come experience our international service and a menu with Latin-American influences.

Indiana Café does't stop there: it also offers musical entertainment with a varied background – eclectic mixes, groovy rhythms, electro-chic or caribbean vibes and soul! In all the Indiana establishments, the legends of rock, pop and soul can be found on the big screen every night, and the atmosphere is always warm and friendly! Pool tables are also available for your enjoyment. (See videos.)

Atmosphere: Very good; Decor: Very good; Service: Very good
Very nice place, after 20 minutes inside you need to order a dish but it's not very expensive and quite good with a wide range of choices, average bill ~€60, a good place to meet with large group of friends. :-)

Decor: Good; Food: Good; Service: Good
This is a reliable French chain that serves up Tex-Mex cuisine throughout Paris. Steer clear if you're after that perfect French meal, but those homesick tourists desperately in need of some comfort food might want to give it a try. In reality, the quality of the food is actually fairly good. The service is friendly, and the decor interesting if tacky.

"Just like Texas!"
If you find yourself in Paris longing for a Tex-Mex type meal, then the Indiana Cafés are your place! There are several locations throughout the city and all of them have great food at very reasonable prices. We love the appetizers and the lunch/dinner portions are quite large. Tacos, nachos, quesadillas, enchilladas – it's all here. And the cold beer selections are pretty good, too... (Visited April 2012)
