Certain products on our site are available as Electronic Vouchers. These Vouchers are redeemable for the actual passes once you arrive at the tour operator in your destination city.

WHY should I elect to print out Electronic Vouchers instead of receiving Actual Passes?

Vouchers are very convenient for several reasons:

• Last minute shopping: You may not have the time to receive the Actual Passes via mail. Printing you own vouchers and redeeming them in your destination city is the perfect solution.
• Saves on shipping: You do not get charged for shipping when you select Vouchers, as you actually print the Vouchers on your home or office printer.
• Safe and Secure: Vouchers are only available for 1 product per person, for the duration time that you will be traveling (set by yourself during the online order process) and for the bearer's name printed on the voucher.

LOST VOUCHERS:

If you lose your voucher, you may simply go back to the web store where you purchased it, log-in with your e-mail address and password and re-print it.

REDEMPTION INSTRUCTION:

All tours, hotels, transfers, and shows are operated by third party IN-COUNTRY TOUR OPERATORS that we have selected and have been working with over the years. All Excursions, Sightseeing, and Tours booked via our web sites and affiliate web sites will always generate a confirmation e-mail and — in most cases — the printing of a confirmation voucher to be redeemed in person at the Tour Departure's location.

You must PRINT this/these Official Voucher(s) and take and them along on your trip. It is your proof of purchase. You will be able to access your voucher at your online itinerary once your booking is confirmed. Once in the city for which have purchased your vouchers, they can only be redeemed at the locations listed below. Your vouchers will be redeemed upon presentation of proper identification (Passport, Driver's License) of all name bearers on the Voucher(s). PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE PROPER IDENTIFICATION WITH YOU WHEN REDEEMING YOUR VOUCHER FOR ACTUAL PASSES. You will also be asked to SIGN AND DATE your voucher in order to receive your passes. Vouchers are nontransferable. They are valid only for the travelers listed on the voucher.

VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Vouchers are valid for redemption only by the person(s) named at the time of purchase. They are not transferable, have no cash value, and may be redeemed only once. Vouchers may not be redeemed anywhere but at the redemption locations mentioned on the vouchers themselves. Vouchers may not be redeemed outside the valid dates shown on the Vouchers themselves. Discover France, EuroQuestPass and its affiliated companies are not liable for any loss, injury, damage or delay to any person or any property connected with the use of vouchers. The passes cannot be extended or reimbursed for any reason. The rule applies in the event of closure of service for public holidays or unforeseen events (strikes, etc.). Passes may not be returned or exchanged. Vouchers do not include entrance fees to museums or monuments, and do not entitle holders to use the transportation network. Children under 4 ride free of charge.
