NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS: PLEASE NOTE THAT A CHARGE FROM "EUROQUEST-MUSEUMPASS" WILL APPEAR ON YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT. Are durations for the passes on consecutive days, or can I use them any day I want to? Are children admitted free to museums? Can I choose my own method of shipping? IMPORTANT: Orders are generally fulfilled on the same day of ordering between 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Express orders (FEDEX) received after 2.30 p.m. EST, or orders received over the weekend or during a holiday will be processed the next business day. Do you ship internationally? NOTE: Some passes do not require shipping. On some items, you may be able to print your own VOUCHERS and redeem them in Paris. Just select the PRINT VOUCHER option within the SHIPPING selection on the order form. What days are the museums open? What are the hours of the métro? How do I use my Paris Visite Pass, and is the métro easy to use? What forms of payment do you accept? Note: Pass orders are processed by Euroquest LLC dba Museumpass. Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Discover & Electronic Checks only are accepted. What are the Purchase Terms & Conditions including refund policy? TERMS AND CONDITIONS A charge from Euroquest-Museumpass will appear on your credit card statement. All tours, transfers, and shows are operated by third party IN-COUNTRY TOUR OPERATORS that we have selected and have been working with over the years. All Excursions, Sightseeing, and Tours booked via our web sites and affiliate web sites will always generate a confirmation e-mail and in most cases, the printing of a confirmation voucher to be redeemed in person at the Tour Departure's location. All pass orders are subject to a per-order handling charge and a non-refundable per-order processing fee. Orders received over the weekend or during a holiday will be processed the next business day. Important: Your package will be delivered to the address indicated on your order. A signature will be required. DISCOVER FRANCE, EUROQUEST dba MUSEUMPASS and its affiliates will not be held responsible for any packages lost, once proof of delivery is provided by the shipping carrier. Customer may elect at their own option to have passes sent by EXPRESS shipment. For international delivery (outside the contiguous United States) including deliveries to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, you must select the "Next Business Day" option. SELECTING NEXT BUSINESS DAY DELIVERY FOR AN INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT WILL NOT BE DELIVERED OVERNIGHT, BUT WILL COVER THE COST FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. Depending on your purchase, the Original Passes or Printed Electronic Vouchers must be presented for admission at each attraction. All passes and Printed Electronic Vouchers are good for general admission during normal operating hours. Discover France, EuroQuest LLC and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards. The rule applies in the event of closure of participating locations for public holidays or unforeseen events (strikes, etc.). Some black-out dates may occur. Consumer understands and agrees that the payments via Credit Card or the mailing of the form accompanied by a check or money order shall be considered a binding acceptance of EuroQuest's offer and that all sales are final. All refunds or exchanges will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Handling (processing and overnight fees) are non-refundable; passes and other products are not replaceable if lost or stolen. To obtain your refund or to exchange passes, please send via registered mail your EMAIL RECEIPT, a LETTER explaining the reason of your refund or exchange, your original unused and unmarked passes to the following address:
