Car Leasing and Rentals

All customers making reservations through Discover France for car leases or rentals will receive a confirmation e-mail. This e-mail contains a tracking number unique to your reservation.

If you have any questions pertaining to your reservation, need to make changes (such as rental period, optional equipment, vehicle model, etc.), or if you need to cancel your reservation altogether, simply reply to the confirmation e-mail — and include your question or changes in the reply.

To speak with a customer service representative, you may also call the toll-free phone number which is included in the e-mail. For all other information, please refer to our Car Rental FAQ page.

Guided Tours

Our Customer Service team provides fast, detailed responses to your questions 24 hours a day! We guarantee an e-mail response within 6 hours; our average response time is 42 minutes! We also offer a smart Frequently Asked Questions system that answers most questions before you need to send an e-mail.

Once your booking is confirmed, you'll print a voucher with complete booking details, including the tour operator's local telephone number. If you have last-minute questions or need to make a change once you arrive at your destination, you can call them directly and they'll look after you, subject to availability of course!

Youth Hostel Reservations

Once you have submitted your Youth Hostel or economy hotel reservation at Discover France, your web browser will display a confirmation screen. In addition to the online confirmation, you will also be sent a personal e-mail containing all your booking details, including the hostel's/hotel's location and contact information.

Do you have any questions about the properties, rules, or reservations procedures? Please refer to our extensive FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) first. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours, or if you have any questions that are NOT covered in the FAQ, you may use the form below to submit your inquiry directly to Customer Service.

Please bear in mind that if you contact us and your question was answered in our FAQ, we will not be able to reply to you, due to the large volume of e-mails we receive on a daily basis. PLEASE READ THE FAQ FIRST.
