If you are looking for an alternative to expensive Parisian taxis or the hassle of taking the RER train, you are at the right place! Though other airport shuttles — such as those of Air France and Roissybus — can also take you to the city, they will drop you off at the Arc de Triomphe or the Paris Opera. Our Fleet of Vehicles

Licensed by the French Ministry of Transportation, Airport Connection's fleet of air-conditioned, non-smoking vehicles operates out of Charles de Gaulle, Orly and Beauvais airports — 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Ideally suited for the individual traveler, family, or large group, we offer you the choice of a shared or private 8-seater minivan, as well as our private 15-person minibus or 49-person coach.

Door-to-Door Service

We provide door-to-door service to all destinations in Paris and selected suburbs — including hotels, convention centers, train stations, and private addresses. Our shuttles also serve hotels in the Disneyland area.

Your pick-up will be scheduled according to your flight's actual arrival, allowing for time to pass through baggage claim and customs. Flight delayed? No problem! We monitor your flight on the Internet, and will be waiting for you when you arrive.

Pick-up hours are generally from 4:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. (midnight). If you need to make a reservation outside of these hours, please contact us, and we will do our best to arrange your pick-up.

Our driver will assist you with your luggage and drive you safely to your destination. For maximum convenience and time savings, we plan the capacity of our shared vans so that no more than 3 stops are made going into the city, or 4 stops heading to the airport.

Airport Connection's fixed price includes the normal airline allowance of luggage. For extra bags, we charge 1.50 Euros per item; unusual or large items (such as pet cages) are 9 Euros each. Bicycles require booking a private van.

Booking Process

	Our friendly, bilingual reservations agents and dispatchers look forward to serving your transport needs in Paris!

Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for all 8-seater minivans (shared or private), and 15 days in advance for our larger transports (private 15-pax minibus or 49-pax coach). Please keep in mind that if you are crossing the Atlantic from America, you will be arriving the next day!

For all bookings (arrivals or departures), we will need your airline carrier, flight number, and scheduled arrival or departure time. Your credit / debit card number (Visa or MasterCard) is also required to secure your reservation. We will automatically charge your card 9 days after the reservation is made.

Upon completing the reservations process, you will receive an immediate screen confirmation with your unique booking number — plus an e-mail confirmation for your records. Therefore, it is important that you enter your e-mail address carefully!

We recommend that you print the screen and/or e-mail confirmation to present to your driver when you board the vehicle.

Round-Trip Discount

We offer a discount off your fare for the second transfer, when you book a Round-trip online (see the Rate Sheet for details). The Reservations Form will calculate your discount automatically, when booking a departure from the same airport as your arrival.

If you are departing from a different airport than your arrival, then you should make two separate One-way reservations. In that case, to receive the published discount on your departure leg, please send us your confirmation numbers and we will process the credit manually.

Private V.I.P. Option

If you prefer to enjoy a bit of privacy after your flight, or if you are in a hurry to get to your destination, consider our Private Minivan Service! It's a convenient, reliable, and affordable alternative to taxis — perfectly suited for the busy executive, family, or small group. Just indicate on our Reservations Form which service you prefer.

When you book a private transfer, our driver will greet you as you pass through customs, holding a sign with your name on it. S/he will then escort you to your vehicle.

Special Excursions & Tours

We are pleased to offer half- and full-day tours of Paris, plus excursions for any size group to such popular destinations as Versailles Palace, Giverny (home of Monet's Gardens), and the D-Day Beaches of Normandy. Consult our Rate Sheet for these itineraries (fares do not include admission to attractions).

To reserve a tour or excursion, please contact us, as these cannot be booked online at this time. We will invoice you by e-mail instead, with a link to PayPal for the balance of your fare (available in 56 countries and 6 currencies).

Group Transportation

Airport Connection offers vehicles with capacities of 8, 15, or 49 passengers to suit your group's special needs. For travel to or from airports, train stations, Paris, Disneyland, and the other suburbs we serve — you can obtain an instant online quote (up to 49 people) by using our Quote/Reservations Form. The same form will permit you to book your group's transfer and receive an immediate confirmation.

We can also accommodate groups of more than 49 passengers; those whose members will be arriving on different flights; and/or destinations beyond our daily service area. To request a custom quotation, please use this form. Our Group Services representative will reply by e-mail within 2 business days, or phone you according to your preference.

Cancellations or No-Shows

Cancellations for a shared or private 8-seater minivan must be made at least 24 hours prior to your pick-up, or your credit card will be charged the full fare. (Please refer to our FAQs for instructions on how to cancel your reservation online.)

Due to limited availability, cancellations for a private 15-person minibus or 49-person coach must be made at least 15 days in advance.
